How Pay After Deletion Works
Our Pay After Deletion model is designed to be simple, transparent, and results-focused.
Unlike traditional credit repair companies that charge monthly fees regardless of progress, we do things differently. We charge a one-time credit analysis fee upfront to review your credit and create a strategy, and after that, you only pay for items that are successfully removed.
Here's how it works:
- Credit Analysis (Initial Fee) - We start with a one-time credit analysis. This allows us to review your reports, identify negative items, and build a custom dispute plan.
- Dispute Process - We challenge inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items with the credit bureaus using proven methods.
- Pay After Deletions - Once enrolled you only pay when an item is successfully removed. If it is not deleted, you do not pay for that item.
- Continued Optimization - We continue working through your report to maximize results over time.
This ensures you are paying for actual progress—not just ongoing activity.
"If nothing is deleted then nothing is owed!!"
What is Pay After Deletion Credit Repair?
Pay After Deletion credit repair is a results-based approach where you only pay for successful removals of negative items from your credit report, after an initial credit analysis is completed.
Most traditional credit repair services charge monthly fees whether results happen or not. That means you could pay for months without seeing meaningful changes.
With Pay After Deletion, the structure is different. The upfront analysis allows us to build a strategy, and from there, you only pay for actual deletions.
This model creates alignment - our success depends on your results.
Pay Per Deletion Credit Repair
Pay Per Deletion is another way of describing a results-based model where you pay for each item removed instead of paying monthly. Many use this as they are restricted from using Pay After Deletion as that is our trademark.
Pay For Deletion Explained
Pay For Deletion usually refers to negotiating with a creditor to remove an account in exchange for payment. This is different from our process, which focuses on disputing inaccurate or unverifiable items. Pay for deletion doesn't work as much now as it once did due to credit bureaus penalizing companies that offer it.

Credit Repair Scams Exposed
Many credit repair companies claim results but rely on outdated or slow methods. Before choosing a service, it's important to understand how traditional models work and where they fall short. Below are common practices in the industry and how our approach is different.
Time it Takes Deception
Ever hear the answer "6–9 Months" when asked how long it will take?
That response doesn't explain how long results take, it explains how long clients typically stay enrolled.
In many cases, people leave within that timeframe because they're not seeing the progress they expected.
Limited Items Per Cycle Scam
Many companies claim they can only dispute a few items (3–5) per month, or it will "raise red flags."
Reality: There's no legal or procedural limit.
Limiting disputes stretches out your payments.
Single Fee Scam
Some companies charge a single one-time upfront fee which may sound like a great deal.
The problem: paying all fees upfront is illegal, a clear CROA violation.
If they're willing to break Federal Law, what other laws are they willing to break?
Attorney Deception
Some companies list "attorney-based" services purely for marketing to make it sound like a lawyer is using legal authority to force items off your report.
However, most "lawyer" credit repair firms state in their contracts that they "DO NOT REPRESENT YOU AS A LAWYER" and don't even use attorney letterhead on disputes.
So what exactly are you paying extra for?
Retention Department Trap
When you try to cancel, they'll say:
They know you've already paid hundreds, and the sunk cost fallacy makes you hesitate to walk away. They'd rather get less money per month than lose you altogether.
Multiple Service Levels Scam
Is there anything different with a higher-priced tier? Will the lower tier still work?
If so, why try to get more money?
Why pay $199/month for the same timeline and results as $79/month? Higher tiers rarely deliver faster results, just a bigger bill.
"We'll Mail It For You" Problem
Dispute letters mailed from their office without your signature and without certified mail often get flagged as suspicious.
Flagged files are ignored over 60% of the time. Ignored disputes means no deletions.
Items must be sent with your SIGNATURE, from your LOCAL POST OFFICE, via CERTIFIED MAIL or there is a 60% chance of being labelled suspicious and ignored.
Monthly companies are perfectly fine with delays caused by the bureaus as they still get paid.
Guarantee Scam
Their "100% Money Back" guarantee hides a catch:
Their agreement says they can deduct any deletions using a "per deletion" cost averaging $150 per item before refunding you, leaving you with little or nothing back.

Credit Repair Pricing Models
Not all credit repair companies operate the same way. Understanding these pricing models may help you make an informed decision.
Upfront Fee Model
Charging large fees before any work is performed is a direct violation of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Yet many companies still do it disguising it as a lower priced bundle (ie 6 months at 50% off) or (Pay just once for complete service till we are done)
If you have already been “SOLD” on this model what incentive does the company have to complete the job? There is no future income if they do well, no loss of income if they don’t!
New prospect calls have higher priority than you!
Pay After Deletion Model
No Monthly Fees - Once enrolled you pay only after a negative item is confirmed deleted from your credit report. If nothing is removed you don't pay. Our incentives are perfectly aligned with your results.
Monthly Subscription Model
I call this the “Pay and Pray” Method, you pay and then pray for results!
You typically pay a Setup/First Work fee and then pay $99–$199 per month regardless of whether any items are removed. In my opinion you pay the company to write letters and you almost never get to see what you paid for (Ask to see the letters).
These companies are “Letter Writing Services” calling themselves credit repair.
