A Clear Process. No Setup Fees. No Monthly Credit Repair Fees.
We identify credit-reporting information that may be Inaccurate, Inconsistent or Incomplete, prepare personalized dispute letters, and help you document the process through our Three I's + PT Process™.
You review and mail your own disputes, we review the results, and you decide whether another dispute cycle makes sense.
Your dispute-cycle fee covers a defined round of credit-repair work, not a month of service.
Here's what one dispute cycle looks like from beginning to end.

We review your credit information and create your personalized dispute letters using our Three I's Process to identify information that may be Inaccurate, Inconsistent or Incomplete.
Once your dispute package is complete, we email everything directly to you along with detailed instructions for mailing your disputes by certified mail.
You review the letters, sign them, and mail them from your local area.
You know what is being disputed in your name and have a documented mailing and delivery trail.
Creditors and credit bureaus need time to receive, investigate and respond to disputes.
We respect that process rather than rushing into another cycle simply because another month has passed.
Most dispute cycles typically take approximately 45–60 days and sometimes longer, depending on the circumstances and response timing.
Waiting is part of the cycle, not another cycle.
Once the response period has passed and updated credit information is available, we perform a Review Audit.
We compare the updated reporting, identify qualifying deletions, and determine the applicable per-item deletion fees.
A deletion may include an entire account being removed or qualifying negative reporting being removed while the account itself remains.
Other qualifying deletions can include names, addresses, inquiries, or other accounts the client specifically instructed us to address.
Deletions are counted per item, per credit bureau, when they occur.
You are billed for qualifying deletions according to your selected pricing option and service agreement.
Finding information to dispute is only part of the process.
Our Three I's Process focuses on what we're disputing.
Our PT Process™ focuses on how the dispute is documented and delivered.
The information being reported should be accurate and complete.
Our Three I's Process reviews credit information for three types of potential reporting problems:
Information that appears factually incorrect.
Information that doesn't match across bureaus or within reported account details, including dates, balances, statuses and other information.
Information that may be missing details necessary to accurately report or understand the account.
The Three I's Process gives us a systematic way to look for potential reporting problems and develop disputes around the information actually being reported.
Good disputes need proper documentation.
The PT Process™ is designed to reduce avoidable reasons a dispute may be questioned, delayed or treated as suspicious.
Your dispute letters are:
You see the letters.
You know what's being disputed.
You sign them.
You mail them.
And you have the certified-mail record showing when they were sent and delivered.
That paper trail gives us documentation to work from when responses and updated credit reports come back.
After the response period, we perform a Review Audit using updated credit information.
We compare the updated reporting and identify qualifying deletions.
For billing purposes, a deletion can include:
An account being addressed is removed from a credit bureau report.
This can include negative accounts or other accounts the client specifically instructs us to address.
The account remains, but the negative information being addressed is removed.
For example, a late payment may be removed while the account itself remains.
A name, misspelling, or name variation being addressed is removed.
An address being addressed is removed.
An inquiry being addressed is removed.
Deletions are counted per item, per credit bureau, when they occur.
An item may be deleted from one bureau during one cycle and from another bureau during a later cycle.
The detailed billing rules and pricing examples are available on the pricing page.

We don't charge another credit-repair service fee simply because another month has passed.
Instead, our pricing consists of a dispute-cycle fee for the work performed, plus a per-item deletion fee for qualifying deletions.
Additional dispute cycles begin only when you choose to authorize another round of work.
